Cambridge Examinations: Practice Papers

These practice tests are as close in difficulty to the Cambridge tests as I can make them. They will give you the opportunity to assess your ability to pass before you pay the examination fee. They will appear in a separate window as printer-friendly Adobe pdf files.

The different parts of the tests mirror the parts of the test that actually appear when you take it in December, March or June. The time allowed is the same. There will be some variations in difficulty, some parts perhaps less difficult, some more difficult that the actual test. However, on balance, if you get over sixty per cent in these tests, you should get a C; over 70 per cent should give you a B, and over 80, an A. But I give no guarantee if you get 61, 71 or 81!!

You should print out the paper you want to take. Time yourself. Treat it as a "proper" examination.
